Award: Mihaela Pintea Awarded Outstanding Graduate Program Director
The Department of Economics is proud to announce that our Graduate Director, Dr. Mihaela Pintea, is the recipient of the University Graduate School Provost Award for Outstanding Graduate Program Director. She competed against other FIU Graduate Program Directors, and due to the enthusiastic support of her nominators was selected for this prestigious award. She will be honored on Friday, March 23rd by the Office of the Provost and the University Graduate School.
